Sandie Craciun

Sandie Craciun set up KonSept Consulting in October 2005 and has now worked worked with a number of top 20 law firms including Berwin Leighton Paisner, SJ Berwin, Addleshaw Goddard and Mills & Reeve. 

Before setting up KonSept, Sandie was Head of Secretarial Services at Herbert Smith, an international law firm, from 2000 to 2005.  Sandie has also previously held positions of managerial responsibility at a number of both private and public sector organisations.  

Sandie is a captivating and inspirational individual who delivers results through her strengths in orchestrating organisational change in culturally complex environments.

She has demonstrated this in a number of innovative ways:

  • Designing a management structure that has reduced headcount expenditure by £3.4m and improved performance and service ratios by 93%.
  • Streamlining working hours to reduce overhead costs by 86%.
  • Setting up management links between overseas offices and implementing a cross-border document harmonisation project.
  • Establishing both a specific Learning and Development committee and an award-winning IT learning academy to improve internal training and attract new staff.
  • Defining and implementing training modules to improve client service.
  • Improving internal communication, promotion and career progression to raise employee morale and satisfaction.
  • Initialised grant maximization project which increased funding by over 50%.

Sandie has an Honours degree in Law and a Masters in Commercial Law.
